This blend is to make up fresh sitz baths and fill the peri bottle to support healing of the yoni and perineum in the days/weeks after birth. Herbs like Calendula, Chamomile, Lavender, Comfrey and Witch-hazel are traditionally used in postpartum for their healing qualities.
